GENERAL BILL by Justice Appropriations ; Aronberg ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Wilson ; Klein

Sexual Offenders/Predators; redefines terms "permanent residence" & "temporary residence" in order to reduce number of consecutive days & days in aggregate that constitute residence of sexual predator for purposes of requirements that predator register with FDLE, sheriff's office, or DOC; revises provisions re violations of probation or community control by designated sexual offenders & sexual predators. Amends 775.21, 948.063.
