Consumer Emergency Gasoline Act; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S528,530,858) creates said act; requires that retail gasoline stations be equipped with alternative means of power generation so that station's fuel pumps may be operated in event of power outage; provides period for existing retail gasoline stations to comply with act; provides penalty.
