CS/HB 603: Disaster Preparedness Response

GENERAL BILL by Flores ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brutus ; Domino ; Garcia ; Rivera ; Robaina ; Troutman

Disaster Preparedness Response; provides that each motor fuel terminal facility & wholesaler that sells motor fuel in state must be capable of operating its distribution loading racks using alternate power source for specified period by certain date; requires certain motor fuel retail outlets to be capable of operation using alternate power source by specified date; expands duty of Emergency Management Div. to conduct public educational campaign, etc. Creates 526.143; amends 252.35.
