Community Contribution Tax Credit; increases amount of available tax credits against sales tax, corporate income tax, & insurance premium tax, respectively, for projects under community contribution tax credit program & provides separate annual limitations for certain projects; revises requirements & procedures for Tourism, Trade & Economic Development Office in granting tax credits under program. Amends 212.08, 220.183, 624.5105.
