GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations

Transportation; revises procedures for disposition of citations issued for failure to pay toll; provides for reporting of citation by governmental entity to HSMV; revises penalties for failure to pay prescribed toll; authorizes Orlando-Orange Co. Expressway Auth. to waive payment & performance bonds on certain construction contracts; provides for certain payment obligations if payment & performance bond is waived, etc. Amends Chs. 348, 316, 318.
