CS/SB 1046: Education [FPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 ; Wise

Education [FPCC]; provides that certain funds transferred to Educational Enhancement TF may be used for recurring appropriations; revises funding model for exceptional student education programs to provide additional funds for students who are gifted in grades K through 8; requires OPPAGA to submit report re gifted student education to Governor, Legislature, & Education Commissioner, etc. Amends 551.106, 1003.03, 1011.62; repeals 1011.71(5)(b).
