GENERAL BILL by Llorente

Write-in Candidates/Election Process; provides additional requirements for qualification as write-in candidate re disclosure of party affiliation; requires said candidates to pay filing fees & election assessments for qualification; authorizes said candidates to qualify by petition process; provides conditions under which blank spaces for write-in candidates are placed on primary ballot; specifies amount of party assessments required, etc. Amends Ch. 99, 101.151, 103.121.
