Mortgage Brokering & Lending; authorizes Financial Regulation Office to impose fines; authorizes office to take certain adverse actions on permits of certain mortgage business schools; authorizes office to offer professional continuing education programs; authorizes borrower to waive notification under certain circumstances; specifies criteria for committing offense of mortgage fraud, etc. Amends Ch. 494; creates 817.545.
