Sheriff's Office/Members/Career Service [OPCC]; provides for career service for members of Levy County Sheriff's Office; provides for application of act, career status of members, & administration; provides for procedure re complaints against members; provides for certain protections during transition of new Sheriff; provides for Career Service Appeal Board; provides that board is not governed by Administrative Procedure Act; prohibits certain actions to circumvent act; provides severability, etc.
