Trusts Funds/FDVA/DOH [FPCC]; terminates specified trust fund within Department of Veterans' Affairs; provides for disposition of balances in & revenues of such trust fund; repeals certain provisions re Fla. World War II Veterans Memorial Act; amends provision re investments of trust fund moneys to delete obsolete provisions; removes provisions providing for future repeal of Biomedical Research Trust Fund. Amends 17.61, 20.435; repeals 295.18-.185.
