Court-ordered Nonbinding Arbitration; revises provisions re presentation of testimony & evidence in court-ordered, nonbinding arbitration proceedings; revises provisions re award of specified costs of trial de novo following arbitration against party requesting trial when trial judgment differs from arbitration award by certain amount. Amends 44.103.
