GENERAL BILL by Jobs & Entrepreneurship Council ; Grant ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Reagan

Workers' Compensation; designates Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Inc., as plan of insurers operating as corporation not for profit; revises membership of board of governors of association; requires that corporation's market assistance plan be periodically reviewed & updated; provides for return of certain funds in excess of amounts necessary to fund deficits in subplan D or any tier, etc. Amends 627.311
