Opportunity Fund; provides for appointment of appointment committee; provides for selection of board of directors of fund by Enterprise Fla., Inc.; authorizes fund to negotiate all contract terms; provides for reimbursement for travel & other direct expenses; requires board to issue annual report on activities of fund, etc. Creates 288.9621,.9622,.9623,.9624. APPROPRIATION: $30,000,000.
