SB 1830: Managed Care/Reimbursement [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano

Managed Care/Reimbursement [SPCC]; requires AHCA to amend its rule pertaining to methodology for reimbursing managed care plans; provides for increase in percentage of payment limit specified in rule for 2006-2007 fiscal year; prohibits payment limit from exceeding 100 percent; deletes provision prohibiting rates from exceeding amounts allowed in General Appropriations Act. Amends 409.9124.
