Florida Building Commission; requires commission to review requirements in National Electrical Code which relate to bonding & grounding systems for swimming pools; requires comm. to develop & adopt within Fla. Bldg. Code appropriate mitigation techniques to use in retrofitting buildings constructed before code implementation; requires comm. to issue formal interpretations of code under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Ch. 553. APPROPRIATION: $1,750,000.
