Trust Funds/FDVA/DCFS/DOH; terminates Fla. World War II Veterans Memorial Matching TF within FDVA; repeals said trust fund & related provisions of Fla. World War II Veterans Memorial Act to conform to termination of trust fund; removes Community Resources Development TF within DCFS from among enumerated trust funds of dept. that are not accepted from required investment by CFO; removes scheduled termination of Biomedical Research TF within DOH, etc. Amends FS.
