Florida Government Accountability Act [FPCC]; authorizes Senate & House of Representatives to appoint Legislative Sunset Review Committees to conduct independent reviews for each house; requires Senate & House of Representatives to jointly appoint Legislative Sunset Committee to oversee review process required under act & make recommendations to Legislature; revises schedule for reviewing state agencies & advisory committees; revises duties of OPPAGA, etc. Amends Ch. 11.
