JOINT RESOLUTION by Needelman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Altman

State Constitution/Ad Valorem Taxes; constitutional amendment to repeal all provisions re ad valorem taxes on real estate & tangible & intangible personal property; to provide for revising by general law state sales & use tax rate to generate in first year after enactment revenues equal to total revenues from sales & use tax & ad valorem taxes in year preceding enactment, adjust rate each year by lesser of 3 percent, etc. Amends Articles VII, VIII, IX, X, & XII.
