Energy-efficient Products/Sales Tax Weeks [RPCC]; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/CS/S996 & CS/S2666) specifies limited period during which sale of energy-efficient products for noncommercial or personal use is exempt from sales tax; provides limitation; provides definition; prohibits purchase of products by certain payment methods; provides that certain purchases or attempts to purchase are unfair methods of competition & punishable as such; authorizes DOR to adopt rules.
