Exemptions/Tax on Sales, Use, & Other Transactions [SPCC]; Revises exemption provided to nonprofit cooperative hospital laundries; requires member of nonprofit cooperative to immediately divest itself of participation in cooperative upon loss of tax exempt status; provides that provision of supplies & services pursuant to declaration of emergency & written emergency plan of operation does not invalidate certificate of exemption or cause such certificate to be denied.
