Pharmaceutical Compounding; Provides pharmaceutical compounding for provision & administration of compounded drug to patient by practitioner in practitioner's office or in health care facility or treatment setting; provides for pharmacist to dispense & deliver reasonable quantity of compounded drug to practitioner for office use; provides for compounding & delivery of certain non-patient-specific controlled substances, etc.
