Students with Disabilities [SPCC]; Revises terminology used to identify students with certain disabilities; authorizes State Board of Education to adopt rules for eligibility of certain children with disabilities for admission to special programs & related services; deletes provision that prohibits direct medical intervention or pharmaceutical intervention in regional autism center, etc.
