GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Criminal Justice ; Joyner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Dockery

Florida Statewide Task Force on Human Trafficking [LPCC]; Creates within the Executive Office of the Governor the Florida Statewide Task Force on Human Trafficking. Provides for members of the task force to serve without compensation or reimbursement for per diem and travel expenses. Requires that the task force prepare a final report by a specified date. Provides duties of the Florida State University Center for the Advancement of Human Rights. Abolishes the task force on a specified date, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
