GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Transportation ; Baker
Department of Transportation [EPCC]; Requires the DOT to establish a transportation methodology to serve as the basis for sustainable development impact assessments. Expands the power of authorities to borrow money to include issuing certain debt obligations. Authorizes a lease agreement of up to 50 years for Alligator Alley. Authorizes the driving of a hybrid, low-emission, or energy-efficient vehicle in a HOV lane regardless of occupancy, etc.
