GENERAL BILL by Agriculture ; Dean ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett ; Baker

Agriculture and Consumer Services [RPCC]; Prohibits county government imposition of an assessment or fee for stormwater management on agricultural land meeting certain requirements. Expands eligibility for exemption from a local business tax receipt for the privilege of selling specified products. Provides for computer-based electronic sweepstakes game promotions in connection with the sale of a consumer product or service, etc.
