Special Appropriations [FPCC]; Provides appropriations and reductions in appropriations for the 2007-2008 fiscal year to pay salaries and other expenses, for capital outlay projects such as buildings and other improvements, and for other specified purposes of the various agencies of state government, etc. APPROPRIATION: $-503,320,335.
