SB 2704: Affordable Health Coverage
GENERAL BILL by Bennett
Affordable Health Coverage; Revises requirements for the Agency for Health Care Administration and the Office of Insurance Regulation in approving health flex plans. Revises policy requirements pertaining to dependent children. Requires participation of employees in group insurance policies or group health benefit plans issued or renewed after October 1, 2008. Expands types of insurance policies providing for dependent coverage, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
