SB 2810: Charter Schools [SPCC]

GENERAL BILL by Wise

Charter Schools [SPCC]; Revises requirements for eligibility to participate in the DROP. Requires a school in a district not granted exclusive authority to sponsor charter schools to first submit the same or a substantially similar application to the district school board in order to appeal an application denial. Revises the eligibility requirements for a student to attend a charter school, etc.
