GENERAL BILL by Environment & Natural Resources Council ; Long ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Homan ; Jenne ; Pickens ; Porth ; Roberson, Y ; Soto

Recycling; Requires each organization, association, business, & institution operating in state & receiving state funds, & each public airport, to collect aluminum beverage cans & recyclable plastic & glass from its place of business, or from entities doing business at airport, & to offer such materials for recycling; provides legislative intent; encourages public school districts to recycle certain materials.
