GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Constantine

Energy Use [RPCC]; Revise criteria for energy conservation and sustainability for state-owned buildings. Revises energy conservation performance guidelines to be used in life-cycle cost analyses. Provides additional duties for the Department of Management Services relating to the energy efficiency of state vehicles. Establishes the Green Schools Pilot Project. Establishes standards for the purchase of biodiesel fuel by school district transportation services, etc.
