GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency & Accountability Council ; Grant

Disposition of Traffic Infractions [FPCC]; Requires that revenue from surcharge imposed for certain criminal traffic offenses & all noncriminal traffic violations be remitted to Department of Revenue, deposited quarterly into State Agency Law Enforcement Radio System Trust fund of Department of Management Services, & be used for certain purposes; authorizes Department of Management Services to retain funds from such revenue to recover certain costs & expenses.
