GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn ; Bullard

Water Management [RPCC]; Directs the Secretary of Environmental Protection to coordinate with the water management districts to conduct a study examining all current and available desalination technologies. Creates the Reclaimed Water Coordination Task Force. Requires that the task force review certain rules, programs, and policies when preparing its recommendations. Requires that the DEP and each WMD encourage the use of pilot projects for certain purposes, etc.
