SB 1082: Home-invasion Robbery [SPSC]
GENERAL BILL by Oelrich
Home-invasion Robbery [SPSC]; Provides that if the victim of a home-invasion robbery is an elderly person or disabled adult, the perpetrator commits a felony of the first degree. Provides criminal penalties. Adds the offense to the offense severity ranking chart of the Criminal Punishment Code.
