SB 1214: State Retirement/Elected Officers' Class [WPSC]

GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery

State Retirement/Elected Officers' Class [WPSC]; Deletes a provision that allows a retired member of the Elected Officers' Class to receive retirement benefits while receiving compensation for elected officer service. Prohibits an elected officer from receiving both a salary from an employer in the state-administered retirement system and retirement benefits.
