Renovated/Reconstructed Homestead Property; Proposes creation of s. 19, Art. VII of State Constitution to authorize Legislature to exempt homestead property that has been renovated or reconstructed by charitable entity or for-profit builder using predominantly volunteer labor from ad valorem taxation & non-ad valorem assessments in amount equal to any increase in assessed value of homestead property resulting from renovation or reconstruction, etc.
