GENERAL BILL by Jones

Pari-mutuel Facilities [CPSC]; Revises the definition of the term "full schedule of live racing or games" as it applies to quarter horse permitholders. Revises provisions for business and occupational licenses. Removes a requirement that an applicant's signature be witnessed and notarized or signed in the presence of a division official. Revises provisions prohibiting cruelty to animals. Removes a provision for issuing a license to conduct quarter horse racing, etc.
