GENERAL BILL by Environmental Preservation and Conservation ; Baker

Water Resources [EPSC]; Revises the definition of Florida-friendly landscaping. Revises eligibility criteria for certain incentive programs of the water management districts. Provides that certain regulations prohibiting the implementation of said landscaping or conflicting with provisions governing the permitting of consumptive uses of water are prohibited. Requires WMDs to implement said landscaping practices on specified properties, etc.
