Public K-12 Education [SPSC]; Revises provisions relating to schools receiving school grade; revises provisions relating to general requirements for middle grades promotion; updates references to general requirements for high school graduation; requires that State Board of Education annually designate districts as academically high performing schools districts if certain criteria are met; deletes provisions for concordant scores for FCAT, etc.
