GENERAL BILL by Education Pre-K - 12 ; Wise
Public School Funding [WPSC]; Deletes a requirement that school boards imposing the school capital outlay surtax freeze noncapital local school property taxes for at least 3 years. Extends the duration of a provision specifying methods to calculate the salary of a school board member. Revises provisions that exempt charter school facilities from certain fees, etc.
