GENERAL BILL by Oelrich
Water Quality/Nutrients/Surface Water [EPSC]; Directs the DEP to contract with the National Academy of Science for an evaluation of issues related to the establishment of numeric nutrient criteria. Requires the DEP and the DOACS to evaluate the sources and quantities of nutrients in surface waters. Requires a report to the Governor and Legislature by a certain date. Provides for future expiration.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
