Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services [EPSC]; Creates the "Florida Food Freedom Act." Revises a reference to the Model Ordinance for Florida-Friendly Fertilizer Use on Urban Landscapes. Revises citizenship requirements and documentation for certain private investigative, private security, and recovery agent licenses. Requires a security officer school or recovery agent school to obtain the department's approval for use of a fictitious name, etc.
