Environmental Protection [EPSC]; Creates specified provisions relating to water supply policy, planning, production, and funding. Provides for the general powers and duties of water management district governing boards. Provides for the inclusion of wastewater utilities, reuse utilities, and the DEP in the regional water supply planning process. Reduces the frequency of compliance reports during the term of a consumptive use permit, etc.
