Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles [CPSC]; Defines term "tri-vehicle" for purposes of Florida Uniform Traffic Control Law; requires that drivers of certain commercial motor vehicles slow before crossing railroad grade crossing; requires bicycles to be ridden in lane marked for bicycle use except under specified circumstances; creates Hispanic Achievers license plate, Children First license plate, & Veterans of Foreign Wars license plate, etc.
