Background Screening; Exempts certain mental health personnel, volunteers who meet certain criteria, client relatives or spouses, & attorneys in good standing with Florida Bar from background screening requirements; revises provisions relating to background screening of specified employees of health care providers; removes provision authorizing AHCA to adopt rules establishing rescreening schedule; establishes rescreening schedule; exempts certain law enforcement officers from refingerprinting & rescreening requirements under certain conditions, etc.
