GENERAL BILL by Budget

State Technology; Abolishing the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology; transferring the personnel, functions, and funds of the Agency for Enterprise Information Technology to the Agency for State Technology; transferring specified personnel, functions, and funds relating to technology programs from the Department of Management Services to the Agency for State Technology; providing for development by the agency executive director of a biennial State Information Technology Strategic Resources Plan for approval by the Governor and the Cabinet; directing state agencies to submit their own information technology plans and any requested information to the agency; requiring a memorandum of understanding between the primary data center and the participating state agency, etc.
