Unemployment Compensation; Revises provisions to rename "unemployment compensation" as "reemployment assistance"; renames Unemployment Appeals Commission as Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission; defines "reemployment assistance"; specifies what constitutes prima facie evidence that person claimed & received reemployment assistance from state through transaction history & payment; provides scoring requirements relating to initial skills reviews; provides for workforce training for certain eligible claimants; provides reporting requirements; provides work search requirements for certain claimants; clarifies how disqualification for benefits for fraud is imposed; revives, readopts, & amends provisions relating to temporary extended benefits; provides for retroactive application; provides for applicability relating to extended benefits for certain weeks & for periods of high unemployment; creates work group to study Florida's reemployment assistance contribution calculation & provide recommendations; provides that act fulfills important state interest. APPROPRIATION: $894,694
