Cancer Treatment; Creates "Cancer Treatment Fairness Act"; requires that individual or group insurance policy or contract or health maintenance contract that provides coverage for cancer treatment medications provide coverage for orally administered cancer treatment medications; requires that individual or group insurance policy or contract or health maintenance contract provide coverage for orally administered cancer treatment medications on basis no less favorable than that required by policy or contract for intravenously administered or injected cancer treatment medications; excludes grandfathered health plans from coverage & cost-sharing requirements; prohibits insurers, HMOs, & certain other entities from engaging in specified actions to avoid compliance with this act; provides limits on certain cost-sharing requirements.
