PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Braynon

Public Records/Victim of Human Trafficking; Creating an exemption from public records requirements for certain criminal intelligence information and criminal investigative information that might reveal the identity of a person who is a victim of human trafficking or a photograph, videotape, or image of any part of the body of the victim of human trafficking; prohibiting a public employee or officer who has access to identifying information of a person who is alleged to be the victim of human trafficking from willfully and knowingly disclosing the information to a person who is not assisting in the investigation or prosecution of the alleged offense, etc.
