GENERAL BILL by Stewart

Small Business Tax Credit; Provides tax credit to new small businesses in specified amount; requires new small businesses to apply to DOR for tax credit approval; provides application requirements; authorizes new small business to reapply if application is deemed insufficient; limits amount of tax credits that new small business may receive; authorizes new small business to use any remaining amount of tax credit that is greater than can be taken on single tax return on future tax returns.
