SB 1198: Department of Gaming
GENERAL BILL by Sachs
Department of Gaming; Providing that the head of the Department of Gaming is the Gaming Commission; prohibiting certain persons from having a specified financial interest, engaging in any political activity, and engaging in specified outside employment; directing the Department of Gaming to contract with the Department of Revenue for tax collection and financial audit services; transferring and reassigning certain functions and responsibilities, including records, personnel, property, and unexpended balances of appropriations and other resources, from the Division of Pari-mutuel Wagering within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation to the Department of Gaming by a type two transfer, etc.
